The SamFrank

The SamFrank (Unit A) is a newly remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, furnished apartment near Amerson River Park. Complete with full kitchen, full-size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven. This living space has been completely remodeled with an open concept layout with a touch of modern, rustic, farm, and eclectic design all rolled into one for a very unique look. Enjoy new flooring, new lighting, a new 18,000 BTU floor heat pump mini split, new Zinus 12″ Cloud foam queen size mattress, and new zebra blinds. Convenient in-unit washer/dryer combo & small additional dryer. Our apartments are primarily used by travel nurses, technicians, PAs, contract workers, etc. Monthly discounts are applied automatically when you enter your dates into Airbnb or VRBO. Furnished finder rates are already discounted. Absolutely no pets, children, smoking or partying. Parking for this apartment is in the carport and driveway. We are still working on finished with the exterior of the property over the next couple of months.

Other Things to Note: We ozone, disinfect and wash all linens between guests. We don’t use bedspreads, only duvet covers with shams and they are washed between guests. I live minutes from the property and am available if you should need any assistance.

Flood Disclosure: A stream to the Ocmulgee River runs behind the house which fills with water during heavy rain and sometimes into the backyard. It flooded in 1998 and 2015. There is a possibility of flooding; if it happens there is plenty of notice and we will refund any remaining days, deposit and cleaning fee.

Noise: There is a train that passes near the house several times a day. The interstate is also nearby which you can hear when outside. This is a duplex so there is the possibility of hearing your neighbor(s) in the vestibule.
