KnightPlace is an acre compound consisting of a duplex & small cottage currently being remodeled. The Michael is our first completed unit — it’s a 2 BD, 1 BA. Perfect for Mercer students, residents, visitors, travel nurses and other traveling workers who need to be close to downtown who travel alone or want to pick their own roommate. Nearby areas are rough but this property has high visibility and is well lit. Off-street parking available for 2 cars. NOT for children or parties. Only 1 small dog allowed with non-refundable pet fee.
Other Things to Note: We ozone, disinfect and wash all linens between guests. We don’t use bedspreads, only duvet covers with shams and they are washed between guests. I live within 10 minutes from the property and am available if you should need any assistance.
