The RoseHill

The RoseHill is a cute, small 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, furnished apartment which has been designed for 1 guest (an occassional overnight guest is ok, but the apartment is too small for 2). This apartment has a tiny full kitchen with larger mini refrigerator, mini stove, mini dishwasher, and microwave. Living space has been completely remodeled. New flooring, new lighting, built in window units and gas heat. Convenient in unit washer & gas dryer. Our apartments are primarily used by travel nurses, technicians, PAs, contract workers, etc. Monthly discounts are applied automatically when you enter your dates into Airbnb or VRBO. Furnished finder rates are already discounted. Absolutely no pets, children, smoking or partying. Parking for this apartment is at the end of the road and has a walkway to the front door.

Other Things to Note: We ozone, disinfect and wash all linens between guests. We don’t use bedspreads, only duvet covers with shams and they are washed between guests. I live minutes from the property and am available if you should need any assistance.

Flood Disclosure: A stream to the Ocmulgee River runs behind the house which fills with water during heavy rain and sometimes into the backyard. It flooded in 1998 and 2015. There is a possibility of flooding; if it happens there is plenty of notice and we will refund any remaining days, deposit and cleaning fee.

Noise: There is a train that passes near the house several times a day. The interstate is also nearby which you can hear when outside. This is a duplex so there is the possibility of hearing your neighbor(s) in the vestibule.
