Small efficiency apartment with kitchenette, stand up shower in the bathroom, double bed and desk. There is an all-in-one washer/dryer unit in the hallway. Located in a wooded area. Off the beaten path, but still pretty close to everything. For one quiet guest. Our apartments are primarily used by travel nurses, technicians, PAs, contract workers, etc. Monthly discounts applied automatically when you enter your dates. Absolutely no pets, children, smoking or partying. Designed for 1 guest looking for a cheaper option than an extended stay hotel. Convenient and safe location.

Other Things to Note: We ozone, disinfect and wash all linens between guests. We don’t use bedspreads, only duvet covers with shams and they are washed between guests. I live minutes from the property and am available if you should need any assistance.
