About the Property
7 Springs Hideaway is a small, quirky multiplex on the edge of the woods just a few miles from I-475 near Lake Tobesofkee. Its private gravel driveway is an 1/8th of a mile long. Surrounded by trees, it’s like living in a treehouse. This natural setting is convenient and safe, yet not too far from downtown, Navicent Atrium Medical Center, Piedmont Macon Northside Hospital, Piedmont Macon Medical Center, River Edge Behavioral Health, Mercer University, Wesleyan College, as well as shopping. The house is a multiplex with various size apartments. Each apartment is private as well as unique and doesn’t share the indoor space.

Free Parking
The Stone has private side parking, while all other units share the parking space in front. Parking is limited so please be courteous to others. Please do not block the turn around drive.
Bedroom Comforts
Comfy cloud foam mattresses. Towels and linens provided. No bedspreads, we only use duvets with covers which are washed including shams between guests.
Utilities & Smart TV
Electric, water and garbage are included. Trash is kept at the road to keep animals and bugs away. Each guest is responsible to taking their trash to the trash cans. The TV is a Roku (smart TV) with internet apps, like Netflix, Pandora, ABC News and much more. Our Netflix and Hulu Live accounts have been programmed to the TV. Feel free to use it or add your own.

Kitchen Essentials
Coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans*, baking sheets, dishes, utensils and more. *Efficiencies will have less.
Starter Supplies
Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and disinfectant. Various kitchen supplies like salt and pepper.
Check-in & Lock-box
Check-in time is after 3 pm. Please message us directly or use the booking app what time we can expect your arrival. Use the self-check-in procedure provided via text or through the booking app. Please let us know if you have any problems with the locks.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11 am. Please leave the bedding and pillows on the bed(s). Take all the used/dirty towels and leave them on the floor in the bathroom. Load the dishes in the dishwasher, but don’t turn it on. Report any damaged or missing items. Leave the key back in the lock-box and lock the door behind you. Make sure you have ALL your belongings. Please message us through the app that you have checked-out. Let us know if you need a later checkout sometimes a later checkout or check-in is not possible.

Furnished finder Cancellation Policy – Guest: This agreement can be cancelled by the guest at anytime. Please provide notice. There will be no refund to any payment installations previous made and deposit shall be forfeited. Owner: If it is found that house rules are being violated the owner has the right to cancel this stay and refund based on the daily rate minus any fees.
