Located near Lake Tobesofkee, 7 Springs Hideaway is a small, quirky multiplex offering an efficiency, two one-bedroom apartments, and two two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is entirely different, and we are developing another efficiency unit as well as upgrading the grounds.
Our unique setting is in the middle of the woods, yet convenient to shopping, downtown, and restaurants. It’s a private and safe location. Lake Tobesofkee is only a few miles away offers bike trails, boating, and three beaches.

Located near Mercer University, Mercer Village & Downtown, The KnightPlace is an acre compound consisting of a duplex & small cottage with plenty of off-street parking available. We have two units complete and are working on the cottage in the back.
